• Report sharing and PDF export (on applicable plans)

Audit results are provided for informational and educational purposes. Website Roast does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, conversion improvements, or business outcomes.

Accounts & Registration

To use Website Roast, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Billing

Website Roast offers the following plan tiers:

• Free: 3 website audits per month at no cost
• Pro: Unlimited audits, AI recommendations, and PDF export — billed monthly via Stripe
• Agency: All Pro features plus white-label reports and priority support — billed monthly via Stripe

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all new paid subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

When using Website Roast, you agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not have permission to analyze
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our services through excessive automated requests
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or algorithms
• Use audit results to harass, defame, or harm third parties
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Website Roast, including its design, features, audit algorithms, and branding, is owned by Website Roast and protected by intellectual property laws. Your audit reports and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over the websites you analyze or the content on those websites.

Limitation of Liability

Website Roast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our audit reports, recommendations, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
