Accounts & Registration

To use AuditWebAI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Billing

AuditWebAI offers the following plan tiers:

• Free: 1 website audit per month at no cost
• Pro: Unlimited audits, AI recommendations, and PDF export — billed monthly through the payment provider shown at checkout
• Agency: All Pro features plus white-label reports and priority support — billed monthly through the payment provider shown at checkout

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all new paid subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

When using AuditWebAI, you agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not have permission to analyze
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our services through excessive automated requests
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or algorithms
• Use audit results to harass, defame, or harm third parties
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

AuditWebAI, including its design, features, audit algorithms, and branding, is owned by AuditWebAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your audit reports and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over the websites you analyze or the content on those websites.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, practices, or offerings of any third-party websites, advertisers, or services. Limitation of Liability
